LICHEN PLANUS 

Typical skin and mucosal condition. Mild to severe swelling irritation in the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes. Lichen planus affected skin develops purple flat bumps with moderate to severe itching. Normally it takes several weeks to develop these symptoms. 

Women are more susceptible to lichen planus

  • Some king of allergies
  • Side effect of some medicines
  • Herpes, hepatitis may act as predisposing factors
  • Usage of chemical loaded soaps and shampoos
  • Taking too much oily and spicy foods
  • Some kind of food allergies
  • Sedentary life style
  • Vitamin D deficiency

TREATMENT
